Ensure punctuality and safe transport for the children/youth return homes/Umoja Center.
Advice and provide agricultural classes for Umoja children and staff.
Manage and maintain the organisation’s farming and poultry project.
Supervise the harvest of the project’s farming and poultry harvests and deliver to potential buyers.
Keeping record of the profits and losses of the poultry and farming business of the project.
Attending different conferences and meetings with the Umoja team every time necessary to sharpen the roles and employees’s responsibilities and provide opinions on different issues as presented by the supervisor.
Taking an active class by teaching the Umoja children crafts and life skills as the timetable provides or as instructed in the shedules prepared by the supervisor.
